Abstract
Objective To investigate the differences in visual field indices and test time between white-on-white perimetry and pulsar perimetry in patients with primary glaucoma.Methods A total of 36 patients (44 eyes) with primary glaucoma and visual field defect who were diagnosed in our hospital were enrolled and underwent white-on-white perimetry and pulsar perimetry at an interval of 30 min.The differences in mean defect (MD),square root of loss variance (sLV),and test time were analyzed.Results Pulsar perimetry had significantly lower MD and sLV and a significantly shorter test time than white-on-white perimetry (t=13.585-16.245,P＜0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in visual field indices and test time between white-on-white perimetry and pulsar perimetry in patients with primary glaucoma,and pulsar perimetry has a shorter test time than white-on-white perimetry.关键词
