摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of cognitive nursing intervention on depressive state, neurological function, cognitive function, sleep quality, and quality of life in patients with poststroke depression (PSD).Methods A total of 120 patients with ischemic PSD were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group was given general nursing, and the study group was given cognitive nursing intervention in addition to the general nursing. The course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups. The changes in serum levels of S-100β,neuron-specific enolase (NSE),and brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups. The depressive state, neurological function, cognitive function, sleep quality, degree of fatigue, and living ability before and after intervention were assessed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the study group showed significantly reduced Hamilton Depression Scale score and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score and a significantly increased Mini-Mental State Examination score at 3 d and 3 months after cognitive nursing intervention (F =2.5-7.6,P <0.05).Compared with the control group, the study group showed significantly reduced Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score,Fatigue Severity Scale score, and Activity of Daily Living Scale score at 3 d after cognitive nursing intervention (t =4.4-8.3,P <0.05).Compared with the control group, the study group showed significantly reduced serum levels of S-100β and NSE and a significantly increased serum level of BDNF at 3 d after cognitive nursing intervention (t =11.8 21.4,P<20.05).Conclusion Cognitive nursing intervention can significantly improve the depressive state, the sleep quality, fatigue, and living ability and promote the recovery of neurological function and cognitive function in patients with PSD.关键词
