Abstract
Objective To investigate the imaging features of non-palpable dense breast tumors on full-digital mammography.Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with pathologically confirmed non-palpable breast tumors were collected to analyze the imaging findings on full-digital mammography.Results Of all patients,33 had heterogeneous density of breast tissue,and 9 had extremely dense breast tissue;clinical palpation found masses in 31 patients and no masses in 11 patients.Of all patients,22 had microcalcification,13 had structural distortion,and 7 had asymmetric focal dense shadow.Full-digital mammography made an accurate diagnosis for 37 patients (88.1 ％),with misdiagnosis in 3 patients (7.1％) and missed diagnosis in 2 patients (4.8％).Conclusion Non-palpable breast tumors have marked main signs and accompanying signs on X-ray radiography.Fully-digital mammography is an effective examination for non-palpable dense breast tumors and has a high diagnostic accuracy.关键词
