摘要

Abstract

Zn-doped nano TiO 2 photocatalysts was prepared by hydrothermal method . The phase composition, microstructure and photocatalytic activity were characterized by XRD , SEM, TEM and UV-Vis.The results show that the samples are consists of only single anatase phase , the grain size of TiO 2 sample is from 6 nm to 10 nm, the absorption wavelength of sunlight increases to 510 nm, and the degradation rate of methyl orange run up to 92%.Thus, with the increase of the utilization efficiency of solar radiation , the photocatalytic effect is enhanced .
