改进共沉淀法制备SrMoO4:Eu3+荧光粉及其荧光性能研究
Preparation and Fluorescence Properties of SrMoO4:Eu3+Phosphor by Modified Co-precipitation Method

Abstract
A series of SrMoO 4 :Eu3 +red fluorescent materials were synthesized by the improved coprecipitation method and the addition of modifier .The synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and fluorescence spectrophotometer ( PL ) . The relationship between the fluorescence properties and the types of modifiers , modifier addition , reactant concentration and activation of ion doping and other reaction parameters was explored . The results show that SrMoO 4:Eu3+has four groups of Eu 3+ion excitation peaks at 420-750 nm under the excitation of excitation light at a wavelength of 271 nm, and the strongest peak emits red light at 616 nm. The fluorescence performance was the best when the addition was 3 mL polyethylene glycol ( PEG) .With the increase of Eu 3+doping amount , the characteristic emission peak at 616 nm shows the first increase and then decreases .When the Eu 3+doping amount is 11%, the maximum value is reached .Emission intensity of Eu3+doped SrMoO4 phosphor at 616 nm is the strongest, indicating that SrMoO4:Eu3+is a kind of red fluorescent material which can be applied to white LED .关键词
