摘要

Abstract

Zinc and lead containing waste are often mixed with industrial construction wastes in many factories,and generated large quantities of hazardous waste abundant in heavy metals.This paper performed wind classification process with a venturi throat to separate flue dust from the industrial construction wastes.The Zinc content increased by 10% ~ 20 % in the sample,however,there is still 5% ~ 15 % silicon in the sample.Alkaline leaching was performed on the sample using NaOH,and results showed that the dissolution rate of zinc decreased to 45 % ~65 %,which was much lower than the original material.Subsequently,established a combined dechloriation process,dust with high chloride were heated for 3 minutes by 500W microwave radiation,followed by water washing dechloriation process,85% Cl can be removed.The optimum parameters for washing step were 10∶1 L/S ratio,temperature at 50 ℃,40 min,150 W ultrasound power.
