Determination of Methyl Mercury in Water by SPE-LC-AFS with Solid-Solid Extraction
摘要
Abstract
Methyl mercury is a metallo-organic compound which is toxic and strongly carcinogenic,the toxicity of which is much higherthan any other inorganic mercury.Any form of mercury (metallic mercury,inorganic divalent mercury,and mercury alkyl etc) can convert to toxic methyl mercury under certain condition in the environment.Using solid phase extraction column enrichment,methyl mercury in the surface water were detected by liquid chromatography atomic fluorescence spectroscopy (SPE-LC-AFS),through the optimization of current lamp,peristaltic pump speed,current-carrying hydrochloric acid content,carrier gas flow,oxidant and reductant amount,the method has advantages of little interference,easy to operate,accurate,reliable,and practicable.关键词
