改性钛管基复合吸附剂及其在油田伴生气中CO2脱除的应用
Modified Composite Adsorbents based on Titanate Nanotubes and its Application on CO2 Adsorption from Oilfield Associated Gas

Abstract
Amine modified composite adsorbent based on titanate nanotubes has been prepared through wet impregnation method for CO2 capture from the oilfield associated gas.Its microstructures and thermal stability were investigated by physical adsorption instrument (BET-BJH) and thermal gravimetric analyzer (TG).Through adsorption isothermal curve,the CO2 adsorption properties and CH4/CO2 adsorption selectivity were studied.The results indicated that amine modified composite adsorbent works under 150℃,at the temperature of 75℃,the CO2 adsorption capacity can reach 110mg/g,and the adsorption fitted for pseudo-second order model.40PEI/HTO has strong CO2 aginity,which is an excellent adsorbent to separate CO2/CH4.关键词
