摘要

Abstract

Pretreatment process and method were established for determination of trace heavy metals in soil by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry.The method was optimized by the selection of instrument parameters and acid digestion system,and elimination of spectral and matrix interference.Result showed that under the experimental conditions of 6 mLHNO3 + 2 mLHCl + 1 mLHF + 1 mLH2O2,using microwave to digest the soil samples,the method detection limit,of heavy metals (copper,lead,zinc,cadmium,manganese,nickel,chromium and vanadium) in soil ranged from 0.002 to 0.014 mg/kg,the precision ranged from 1.3% to 3.6%,and the recovery rate ranged from 97.4% to 106%.This method is simple,safe,accurate and fast.
