土壤中六价铬的测定

摘要
Abstract
The sample was digested by Na2CO3/NaOH,extracted in alkaline solution,this paper established the method of determining Hexavalent chromium by spectrometer.The results showed that the correlation coefficient of the method is more than 0.999,and the detection limit is 0.092 mg/kg.The method has good repeatability and the relative standard deviation is 4.3％.The recovery rate was between 90.7％ ～ 95.1％.The method is with high precision and accuracy,and is applicable to the determination of hexavalent chromium in soil.关键词
