腹水浓缩回输联合复方丹参注射液腹腔内注射治疗肝硬化难治性腹水临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of intraperitoneal injection of ascites combined with salvia miltiorrhiza injection in the treatment of refractory ascites due to liver cirrhosis .Methods :Sixty patients with refractory ascites admitted to our hospital were divided into control group and study group ,30 cases in each group . The control group received ascites ultrafiltration concentration intraperitoneal return treatment ,the study group in the treatment group based on the increase in salvia injection intraperitoneal injection therapy .To monitor and com-pare the serum and ascites protein content and liver and kidney function of the two groups ,and clinical efficacy of pa-tients in both two groups .Results :The clinical effective rate of study group was 90 .0% ,the control group was 53 . 3% ,there was statistically significance (P<0 .05) .After treatment ,levels of total protein ,ascites albumin ,serum total protein and serum albumin were improved in the two groups ,and the improvement degree of the study group was significantly better than those in the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Abdominal ascites combined with salvia miltiorrhiza injection intraperitoneal injection for the treatment of cirrhosis refractory ascites clinical effect is significant ,side effects .关键词
