Abstract
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of Huangqi Wuling powder on liver cirrhosis and its protective effect on liver injury .Methods:86 patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups .The control group was treated with western medicine ,and the observation group was treated with the combination of Huangqi Wuling powder plus and minus treatment on the basis of western medicine .The clinical curative effect of the two groups of patients was e-valuated .The clinical symptom improvement ,liver function and coagulation index were analyzed before and after the treat-ment .Results :The incidence of lower extremity edema ,oliguria ,abdominal distension and fatigue in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0 .05) .The total effective rate of the observation group was sig-nificantly higher than that of the control group .Conclusion:Huangqi Wuling powder can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with liver cirrhosis ,protect liver injury and has good clinical curative effect .关键词
