复方苦参注射液联合替吉奥(S-1)治疗老年中晚期胃癌的近期疗效及生存期观察

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the short-term therapeutic effect and survival of compound matrine injection combined with S-1 in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer .Methods:80 cases of elderly gas-tric cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group ,40 in each group .Control group received S-1 drug treatment ,treatment group received compound matrine injection combined with S-1 treatment . Compare the therapeutic effect and survival of two groups .Results :After 6 courses of treatment ,the total effective and total control of treatment group were higher than control group (P<0 .05) .And there was no significant differ-ence in the incidence of grade 2 or above between the two groups(P>0 .05) .In addition ,the survival rate and medi-an overall survival of treatment group were higher than control group .Conclusion :The compound matrine injection in the treatment of S-1 in elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer can not only improve the short-term therapeu-tic effect ,but also prolong the survival time .关键词
