痰热清注射液治疗风热犯肺社区获得性肺炎的临床研究
Study of Tanreqing injection in the treatment of wind heat invading pneumonia effect

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of Tanreqing injection on the levels of serum TNF-and CRP in pa-tients with wind heat invading lung community acquired pneumonia .Methods:In our hospital for treatment of 150 cases of wind heat invading the lung in patients with community-acquired pneumonia as the object of study ,all sub-jects were randomly divided into two groups ,the control group (75 cases) were treated by basic treatment ,the ob-servation group (75 cases) were based on the use of Tanreqing injection treatment .The serum levels of CRP and TNF-were compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with wind heat invading lung . Results :After treatment ,the treatment group total effective rate was 96% in contrast with the data of 80% groups and there was a significant difference of P< 0 .05 ;two groups of patients with serum TNF-alpha and CRP level were significantly decreased ,but the observation group improved more significantly ,P< 0 .05 ,there was statistical value .Conclusion :In the wind heat invading the Tanreqing injection treatment can significantly improve the serum levels of CRP and TNF-alpha treatment patients with community acquired pneumonia lung ,it is widely used .关键词
