归肾丸配合穴位针刺治疗PCOS致排卵障碍性不孕症临床研究
Guishen pill and acupuncture point in the treatment of ovulation induced infertility with PCOS
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Guishen pill combined with acupuncture on anovulatory infer-tility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) .Methods:60 cases of anovulatory infertility caused by PCOS were random-ly divided into two groups ,30 cases in each group ,two groups were treated with Diane-35 and metformin treatment .The pa-tients treated with western medicine combined with placebo were taken as the control group ,and the patients treated with west-ern medicine combined with Guishen pill and acupuncture point were taken as the treatment group .Observe the two groups be-fore treatment ,after treatment for 3 months and 4 months after discontinuation of PCOS in patients with FSH ,LH ,PRL ,T , E2 ,sex hormone level and IN level in serum and ultrasound of the uterine and ovarian size differences ;1 years of follow-up ob-servation of pregnancy .Results:After treatment ,3 months and 4 months after drug withdrawal ,two groups of patients with LH ,T ,E2 ,IN and PRL were significantly decreased ,FSH increased significantly in ovarian volume were reduced in the treat-ment group was better (P < 0 .05);after 1 years of follow-up ,the pregnancy rate of patients in the treatment group signifi-cantly higher than the control group (P < 0 .05) .Conclusion:The treatment of ovulation inducing sterility with Guishen pill and acupuncture has a good effect ,can promote the improvement of sex hormone levels and improve the pregnancy rate .关键词
