葛根止泻汤联合针灸治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效及症状恢复时间研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Gegen Zhixie de-coction in the treatment of diarrhea in children .Methods :112 cases of children with diarrhea ,divided to observation group and control group ,each group have 56 cases ,the control group was treated with smecta ,the observation group were given acupuncture treatment combined with Gegen Zhixie decoction ,the treatment effects were compared be-tween the two groups .Results :The treatment group with the total effective rate of 94 .64% was significantly higher than the control group 82 .14% ,two groups had significant difference (P<0 .05);comparison between groups after treatment ,serum test center muscle enzyme (AST ,CK group and CK-MB) index data were better than the control group(P< 0 .05) ,the difference was significant in statistics .The observation group with the normal defecation (2 . 16 ± 1 .26) d ,normal stool (2 .21 ± 1 .21) d ,stool normal (2 .51 ± 0 .92) d and pyretolysis time (3 .55 ± 0 .91) d , were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Gegen Zhixie decoction combined with ac-upuncture treatment of diarrhea can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of infantile diarrhea ,shorten the treat-ment time ,quick diarrhea ,good curative effect .关键词
