Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Jiawei Baizhu decoction combined with GAS ,MOT and SS in children with secondary diarrhea influences .Methods:Eighty children with recurrent diarrhea were divided into control group and observation group according to odd and even digital method .The two groups of children were symptomatically treated with antibiotics .On the basis of the control group ,treatment group ,the observation group in the control group based on the combination of Jiawei Baizhu decoction for treatment .The changes of GAS ,MOT , SS level and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment .Results :After treat-ment ,the total effective rate was 92 .50% in the observation group ,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0 .05) .The levels of GAS and MOT in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0 .05) ,and the changes of the three indexes were significant (P<0 .05) .After treatment of two groups of children ,the dimensions and total score of the CIVIQ scale were significantly higher than those in the treatment (P < 0 .05) ,respectively .Conclusion:Jiawei Baizhu decoction combined with Peifukang is effective in the treatment of secondary diarrhea in children with pneumonia .The mechanism of action may be related to the im-provement of gastrointestinal hormones and should be popularized in clinical practice .关键词
