健脾化痰中药联合有氧运动对肥胖型PCOS大鼠胰岛素抵抗及胰岛素信号通路的影响
Effect of traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating spleen and reducing phlegm combined with aerobic exercise on insulin resistance and insulin signaling pathway in obese PCOS rats

Abstract
Objective:To establish an animal model with polycystic ovary syndrome combined with insulin resistance (PCOS-IR) ,to observe the effect of the Jianpi Huatan Chinese traditional medicine combined with aerobic exercise on insulin level ,sex hormone and the expression of PI3K/PKB/mTOR protein in ovarian tissues of PCOS-IR rats .Methods:The rats were randomly divided into the aerobic exercise group ,the Chinese traditional medicine+ aerobic exercise group and the control group after modelling ,and weights ,fasting blood glucose (FPG) and fast-ing insulin (FINS) of rats were measured ,to calculate insulin resistance index (Homa IR) after intervention for 28 days;serum LH ,FSH and T of rates were detected ;Western Blot method was adopted to detect the expression of PI3K/PKB/mTOR protein level in ovarian tissues of rats .Results :Weights ,FPG ,FINS ,insulin resistance (IR) , LH ,FSH ,T and the expression of PI3K/PKB proteins of the Chinese traditional medicine + aerobic exercise group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0 .05) .FINS ,IR ,T and the expression of mTOR of the Chinese traditional medicine + aerobic exercise group were significantly lower than those of the aerobic exercise group (P<0 .05) ,while the expression of PI3K/PKB protein was increased significantly (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Jianpi Huatan Chinese traditional medicine combined with aerobic exercise can reduce the weight of obese PCOS-IR rats ,improve IR and sex hormone abnormalities ,and it may play a role by affecting the activity of insulin signaling pathway PI3K/PKB/mTOR .关键词
