城市更新中的城市设计策略思考
Urban Design Strategies in Urban Renewal
摘要
Abstract
Since the target of urban renewal is the built environment which involves many interests, it is often faced with problems such as excessive development and construction, dififcult connection with the statutory planning and lack of public environmental quality. Urban design, as an important method of city planning, can not only provide solutions for the above problems, but also can help the city to develop implementation methods from policies, and to improve the quality of public spaces. On the basis of this understanding, this paper puts forward urban design strategies in urban renewal from four aspects, namely result orientation, planning management, organization mode and concrete design. With these strategies, we hope to alleviate urban renewal problems and systematically promote urban renewal.关键词
