Abstract
In recent years urban regeneration in Berlin pays attention to the upgrading of community public space and facilities,micro-regeneration of public space becomes a main way of community planning. The implementation mechanism of community regeneration is lfexible, which can be led by the government plan, the third-party organizations or individuals. The multi types of public spaces regeneration are realized by ifnding the possibility of public space for renewal, and by encouraging multi participation to activate the function. Two urban gardening cases in Berlin have shown that community regeneration can play an important role of promoting community physical environment, and strengthening social interaction. However, it also has privatization trend and proiftability possibility. Thus, the implementation of community regeneration should establish implementation mechanism, raising public funds and making rules to realize well supervision and social justice.关键词
