Abstract
Enterprise standard is the embodiment of enterprise management rights in the field of standardization. The Standardization Law does not give enterprise standard a correct positioning, and the understanding of its nature is also biased. On the occasion of the revision of Standardization Law, this paper makes clear that enterprise standard is the expression of the management rights of enterprise as an independent subject under the market economy system, clarifies the legal status of enterprise standard, and on its basis provides some suggestions to article 2, article 14 and article 22 of the revised draft of the Standardization Law.关键词
