Abstract
In this paper, according to the notice on pilot project of comprehensive standardization construction in 2013 issued by Guangdong Quality Inspection Bureau (Guangdong quality standard letter [2014] No.43), Shenzhen Genomics Technology co., Ltd., and Guangdong Institute of Standardization carry out the pilot work of gene industry comprehensive standardization in Guangdong province, and construct the comprehensive standards system on high-throughput sequencing after 3 years' combing, selecting and confirming the comprehensive standards complex with the high-throughput gene sequencing whole process as the main body in the pilot. Through implementation, operation and improvement, the standards system has regulated the whole process of high-throughput gene sequencing, formed the development mode with the mutual promotion of science, technology and standard, and obtained remarkable benefit from the pilot.关键词
