A Review of the Development of Uniform Social Credit Code

Abstract
Uniform social credit code identification is the "real name system of organizations" with Chinese characteristics that is established by information-based means where the basic information of all domestic legal entities are uniformly management through a public platform. As the ID number of a legal entity, it dynamically analyzes and manages all types of legal entity information, and provides useful support for the credit system establishment and social supervision and management. This paper comprehensively reviews the development of uniform social credit code in terms of characteristics, systemic management and existing problems.关键词
