PP/POE共混物形态结构与逾渗分析
Analysis of Phase Morphology and Percolation Theory for PP/POE Blends

Abstract
Using two different types of POE (POE1,POE2) with two different melt index of PP (PP1 and PP2) respectively were studied,and the morphological structure and percolation threshold were analyzed.The results of SEM analysis show that,phase morphology changes from "sea-island" structure to "sea-sea" structure with the increasing POE content.The PP1/POE2 and PP2/POE1 blending systems accord with seepage mechanism.The critical matrix ligament thicknesses (de) of the blend PP1/POE2 and PP2/POE1 are measured,their values are 0.486 μm and 0.447 μm respectively.When the amount of POE2 is 30% phase inversion takes place,and the percolation groups with different sizes are formed.Meanwhile,a lot of permeability groups with different dimensions were formed in the blend.When the amount of POE2 is 40% or 50%,the phase transition phenomenon is very obvious.In PP2/POE1 blends,when the amount of POE1 is 50%,the phase inversion of the blends is obvious,and the "double continuous phase" structure is formed.关键词
