硅橡胶增韧改性PHA复合材料的力学性能和结晶性能研究
Study on Mechanical Properties and Crystallization Properties of PHA Composites Toughened by Silicone Rubber

Abstract
PHA materials were modified by silicone rubber (SR),and PHA/SR composites were prepared by blending.The effects of SR content on the mechanical properties and crystallization behavior of PHA/SR composites and the toughening mechanism of PHA/SR composites were investigated.The results show that SR significantly improves the impact strength and elongation at break of PHA,and the toughness of PHA improves obviously.The tensile strength of PHA/SR composites decreases,but the decrease was small,which has no influence on its practical application.The results of crystallization test show that SR can play the role of nucleating agent in PHA matrix,which can improve the melting temperature and relative crystallinity of PHA/SR composites.关键词
