Abstract
GnRH analogues,including GnRH agonists(GnRH-a) and antagonists(GnRH-ant),have been introduced in IVF program to prevent premature LH surge.The two kinds of GnRH analogues have different effects on pituitary response.This review summarizes the effects of GnRH-a or GnRH-ant on pituitary as well as extra-pituitary.关键词
