Choice of pituitary down regulation and controlled ovarian hyperstimulation protocol for patients with endometriosis or adenomyosis

Abstract
Infertility is common in patients with endometriosis or adenomyosis,some of them require treatment by IVF-ET or ICSI.Pretreatment of GnRH agonist(GnRH-a) for 3-6 months was recommended of guidelines of the Chinese Medical Association and ESHER.However,long time pituitary suppression may lead to increase of total Gn dose and the risk of poor ovarian response.This paper collected the relevant researches and discussed the choice of pituitary down regulation and controlled ovarian hyperstimulation protocol for the patients with endometriosis or adenomyosis.The outcomes of different protocols in patients with different types of endometriosis were also compared.关键词
