摘要
Abstract
Anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH) is secreted by the granulosa cells of preantral and small antral follicles.The serum AMH level shows low variability during menstrual cycle,and it is closely related with the number of sinus follicles and reproductive age.Recently,the serum AMH level has been evaluated as a potential novel clinical marker of ovarian reserve.High ovarian response is currently no uniform definition.Hyper-responders are usually defined as women with high numbers (＞ 15 or＞ 20) of oocytes retrieved following a standard protocol of controlled ovarian stimulation(COS).High ovarian response is a key risk factor of OHSS.Usually,high ovarian response is occurred in high serum AMH level.High serum AMH cut-off value should be determined according to their own laboratory data.In addition,high ovarian response is associated with high serum AMH level,but also related to the doses and types of gonadotropins used.关键词
