摘要

Abstract

In order to study the designed reliability and durability of medium and low-speed maglev turnout,this paper describes in detail the structural life of the key parts,which are designed with structural space constraints and used to fix the burnout and ensure the safety of traffic with reference to the medium and low speed maglev turnout tested in Tangshan and the turnout designed for Beijing S1 line.The designed reliability is improved by the experimental results and the finite element simulation of the assembly,which serve as the stress amplitude for the calculation of fatigue life of turnout parts.This article lists the influences of process on the effective stress concentration coefficient kσ,coefficient of surfaceβ3,size coefficient ε,and addresses the importance of the coefficients adjustment to improve the service life of the designed parts.
