钢轨廓形优化对转辙器动力特性的影响研究
Research on Impact of Rail Profile Optimization on Dynamic Characteristics of Switch

Abstract
In order to improve the stability of high-speed train through turnout main,the 60N rail profile and the new design of tongue rail profile are applied to the No.18 high-speed rail switch.A model is established based on the theory of train-turnout dynamics to conduct dynamics simulation calculation and its dynamics characteristics are compared with those of CHN 60 high speed rail switch.The results show that the starting point of wheel load transfer of the 60N high speed switch is moved forward and the wheel load transfer time is increased;both the rolling radius difference,wheelset lateral displacement and the shift amplitude of rail lateral contact point decrease when the vehicle runs through turnout main;once the amplitude of wheel hunting motion is decreased,the driving stability is improved;when the maximum lateral wheel-rail force is decreased from 6.12 kN to 4.75 kN,the lateral wheel-rail interaction force is weakened;while the wheel derailment coefficient and the lateral acceleration of vehicle body decrease slightly,the vertical wheel-rail force and the load shedding rate of wheel and the vertical acceleration of vehicle body are subject to a little change and all fall in the safety range.关键词
