一种计算同井注采泵合理排量的方法
A Method to Calculate Reasonable Flow-rate of Injection and Production Pumps for the Same Well
摘要
Abstract
In order to inject produced water into reinjection layer at a reasonable rate,a method to calculate the reasonable flow-rate of injection and production pumps for the same well is derived based on splitting method,injection-production balance principle,the calculation methods for the vertical multiphase tube-flow,the pump efficiency and the theoretic flow rate of pump.This method shows that,in order to realize the reasonable injection distribution of the reinjection layer,the optimization of pump cylinder parameters and the adjustment of pumping unit production parameters should be taken into consideration at the same time,so as to ensure the coordination between wellbore lifting and formation fluid supply and the stable production of oil well.This method is applied in a well group of Daqing oilfield in the same well injection-production test area,the pump cylinder parameters and pumping unit adjustment parameter suitable to the well group were obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for reasonable injection of the reinjection layer of the well group.关键词
