3D超声对胎鼠脑细胞影响的研究
Research of 3D ultrasound on brain cells in fetal rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of 3D ultrasound irradiation on the fetal rat brain cells after continuous irradiation of uterus in pregnant rats for different times.Methods:Twelve pregnant rats was divided into six groups,and treated with 3D ultrasound irradiation for 0,10,20,30,40,50 minutes.Three days later,pregnant rats were killed,the brain tissue of fetal rats were collected and fixed in 10% formalin for 24 h for HE staining,the changes of tissue were observed under a microscope.Results:The space appeared between hippocampal neurons cells in fetal rats after continunous 3D ultrasound irradiation of uterus in pregnant rats for 30 minutes and increased with the time,it was obvious after 50 minutes.Conclusion:Brain hippocampus neurons cells in fetal rats will be damaged,while the uterus in pregnant rats are exposed to 3D ultrasound irradiation for more than 30 minutes.关键词
