摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the optimization diagnosis value of dtnamic contrast enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) in mammary gland lesions.Methods:A total of 214 cases (239 lesions) that confirmed by operation and pathology were included in this study.All cases were conducted to MRI dynamic contrast enhanced scanning.The lesions enhancement morphology,pattern,time-intensity curves (TICs),and MIPs with dynamic contrast subtraction images were analyzed,and the diagnosis sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of DCE-MRI by joint the lesions enhancement morphology,pattern,TICs,and MIPs to diagnose the breast cancer were conducted.Results:A total of 155 lesions were malignant and 84 lesions were benign.The diagnosis sensitivity,specificity,accuracy of enhancement morphology was 79.1%,50.0%,68.6%,enhancement pattern was 81.9%,58.9%,74.5%,TICs was 89.3%,64.5 %,81.2%,MIPs was 79.9%,87.3%,72.8%.DCE-MRI by joint the dynamic enhancement morphology,enhancement pattern,TICs,and MIPs to diagnose the breast cancer,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy was 99.4 %,98.6%,99.1%.Conclusion:DCE-MRI is the superior sequences for breast diseases diagnosis,of which TICs has the highest sensitivity for the identification breast of benign and malignant diseases,MIPs provide easier,comprehensive,intuitive,and economic diagnostic images,so TICs and MIPs are recommended sequences in MRI diagnosis.
