摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical characteristics of blood lipid metabolism of patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) in different age.Methods:A total of 452 patients with ACS admitted from 2010 to 2016 were divided into young group (n =320) and old group (n=132) according to age.The detail data of patients were recorded and blood lipid indicators were measured.The blood lipid metabolism were compared between two groups.Results:Levels of total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,triglycerides,high density lipoprotein in young group were higher than those in old group(P＜0.05),and ACS patients with hypertension were more than the old group,there was no difference in ACS patients with diabetes between two groups.Conclusion:ACS in young and elderly patients with high risk factors are the same,but for old patients with ACS,should be more focused on lipid metabolism disorders,particularity for clinical use of lipid-adjusting therapy in elderly patients gives important guidance.关键词
