Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of cross-theoretical model based on the healthy education for patients with soft tissue explosion injury treated by vacuum sealing drainage (VSD),to provide guidance for nursing health education quality management.Methods:A total of 113 patients with soft tissue explosion injury treated by VSD were randomly divided into intervention group (n =56) and control group (n =57).The intervention group was given cross-theoretical model health education,the control group was given microsurgical routine health education,the effect of the two groups were compared.Before and after intervention 5,10 d,behavior compliance,quality of life,pain degree,white blood cell (WBC),epidermal growth factor (EGF) in two groups were analyzed.Results:Basic information of the two groups before intervention was not statistically significant (P>0.05),after intervention 5,10 d,behavior compliace,quality of life,pain degree,WBC and EGF of intervention group were better than those of control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Health education nursing programs based on cross-theoretical model can significantly improve the comfort level of patients with explosion injury treated with VSD,and reduce the pain,promote good growth of wound,it is an effective way to improve the quality of specialist nursing health education.关键词
