Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of risk evaluation and prevention of lower extremity deep-vein thrombosis(LDVT) in pregnant women during perinatal period.Methods:A total of 500 pregnant women with natural childbirth admitted from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,250 cases in each group.Control group were given regular care,experimental group were given LDVT risk assessment and classification prevention intervention.Two groups of health education implementation rate and LDVT occurrence rate,straight leg ankle stretching test (Homan syndrome) positive rate and gastrocnemius compression test (Neuhof) positive rate were compared.Results:The health education implementation rate in experimental group was 92.0％,which was higher than that of the control group 64.0％.LDVT occurrence rate,straight leg ankle stretching test (Homan) positive rate and gastrocnemius compression test (Neuhof) positive rate were lower than those of the control group.Conclusion:Risk assessment and prevention of LDVT is necessary to reduce the formation of LDVT,which is worth clinical application.关键词
