Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of tissue selecting therapystapler (TST) minimally invasive surgery for complication and colo-anarectal dynamics in patients with mixed hemorrhoid.Methods:A total of 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoid were selected from December 2012 to December 2015 in our Hospital.According to the treatment method,all patients were divided into normal group and TST group,50 cases in each group.Normal group was given routine milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy treatment,TST group was given TST minimally invasive surgery treatment.Treatment efficacy,complications,recurrence and preoperative postoperative anorectal dynamics such as demonstrate high length (HPZ),and resting pressure(ARP),maximum systolic blood pressure (MSP) were statistically analyzed.Results:The therapeutic efficient rate of TST group was significantly higher than that of normal group,the complication rate and the recurrence rate of TST group were significantly lower than that of normal group.The postoperative HPZ,ARP,MSP levels of TST group was significantly higher than those of normal group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:TST minimally invasive surgery can effectively reduce the complication rate and recurrence rate in patients with mixed hemorrhoid,it is helpful to improve the patients with colo-anarectal dynamics,and it has a better curative effect.关键词
