经胸单切口“套间”术式治疗肺囊型棘球蚴病合并肝囊型棘球蚴病的临床效果研究

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of one stage surgical treatment through transthoracic single incision " suite" path in patients with pulmonary cystic echinococcosis comlicated with hepatic cystic echinococcosis.Methods:Twenty-three patients who suffered from pulmonary cystic echinococcosis complicated with hepatic cystic echinococcosis were treated by one stage surgery through transthoracic single incision "suite" path in our hospital from July 2004 to December 2016,the clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results:All patients were successfully recovered,no severe chest and abdomen complications after surgery,no recurrence during the follow-up of 6 months to 12 years.Conclusion:The one stage surgical treatment through transthoracic single incision " suite" path in patients with pulmonary cystic echinococcosis complicated with hepatic cystic echinococcosis complicated with bronchial complications is safe and effective,can be applied in clinical practice.关键词
