摘要

Abstract

For the high temperature performance of fluorine rubber ring,which can be applied to the sealing structure of explosion vessel,it carried out lots of experiment for high temperature performance of rubber ring.It designed a set of experiment equipment that can be pressurized,heated,checked leaking,measured parameters and so on.By this device,these experiments included high temperature performance of fluorine rubber,comparison of high temperature properties of fluorine and nitrile rubber,high temperature performance of sealing ring under different compression ratio,sealing structure of vessel,size of sealing ring,roughness and machining accuracy,and high temperature performance in single channel or double channel structure.It predicted the working life of F117 fluorine rubber by the accelerated aging test.This paper obtained the high temperature performance of fluorine rubber under various factors,and deeply understood the application conditions of fluorine rubber,and provided the scientific evidence for the practical application of fluorine rubber in high temperature and pressure.
