Abstract
A high strength hollow ribbed structure with the internal multiple hollow channel is required for a new generation of fusion device,and is difficult to be made by conventional welding method.The convex type charge mode was proposed,and the LS-DYNA program was used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model to simulate the movement and collision process of the new charge,the velocity and stress distribution of panel were studied,the effects of the new charge were analyzed,and the applicability of the convex charge on the rib member explosion welding was verified.Then based on the above research,the ribbed structure was successfully prepared without the damage to the panel.关键词
