18MND5/309L焊接过程中组织演变以及界面剥离机理研究
Research on Microstructure Evolution and Interfacial Disbonding Mechanism during Dissimilar Weld between 18MND5 and 309L
摘要
Abstract
The evolution of microstructure,micro-hardness and adhesion strength near fusion line during 18MND5/309L dissimilar alloy welding were studied by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and micro-hardness tester.The results show that type Ⅱ grain boundary is formed due to the epitaxial growth of 18MND5 and a great number of voids clustered along type Ⅱ boundaries during the single 309L layer cladding.The grain size of coarse grain formed during the welding of first 309L stainless layer is refined by multi-layer welding.Besides,type Ⅱ grain boundary is continuity and adjacent to fusion line at the range of 20 ~ 100 μm.The formation and propagation of crack along type Ⅱ grain boundary is promoted by the accumulation of thermal stress during multi-layer welding.关键词
