Abstract
The C-tube is applicable to the submerged heat exchanger with large height difference,and the thermal stress cannot be released.The influence of passive residual heat removal heat exchanger(PRHR HX) support arrangement on the thermal stress of the C-tube was studied by changing the parameters of the fillet R,distance of the fillet transition zone and support.According to the results of the analysis and calculation,an optimal design has been put forward for the CAP1000 nuclear power project PRHR HX,which makes the maximum thermal stress of the tube in the original design and the stress level of the Ⅲ B/ⅢT support reaction force of the support bar obviously reduced.The results provide guidance for the engineering design.关键词
