摘要

Abstract

As the core equipment in a cooling system,the performance of condensers plays an important role in the security and stability of the whole chemical production process.Based on the water-cooled vapor condensing system,shell and tube condensers with high exchanger duty were optimally designed using HTRI software.The influence of parallel connection and series connection on the performance of largescale shell and tube condensers was investigated and the most appropriate designs under different operation conditions were discovered.
