Abstract
Taking a high parameter heat exchanger as an example,the thermal stress of the tube sheet is analyzed by the finite element heat-structure coupling method.The influence of the two kinds of arrangements on the thermal stress of the tube sheet is compared.The results show that the thermal stress of the non-standard arrangement is about 57% of the standard arrangement,the highest metal temperature is about the average temperature of the inlet and outlet of the medium,and the highest metal temperature of the standard arrangement is the higher between the inlet and outlet of the medium.The use of non-standard arrangement reduces the metal temperature of the tube sheet,which is equal to enhance the allowable stress of the tube sheet material,and reduces the thermal stress level in the tube sheet,which not only improves the reliability of the equipment but also reduces the material consumption,has a good economic benefits.关键词
