Abstract
The research is focus on the effect of all kinds of factors in conventional leaching and oxygen pressure leaching of water-quenched slag from crude lead smelting blast furnace on the zinc leaching rate,leaching agent composition,slag rate and so on.The experiment results show:by using of diluted sulfuric acid to leaching water-quenched slag from blast furnace,in the conventional leaching process,zinc leaching rate >86%,iron leaching rate >90%,the slag rate is unstable;in the oxygen pressure leaching process,the zinc leaching rate > 86%,iron leaching rate < 20%.By comparison of parameters of two kinds of leaching methods,it is confirmed that oxygen pressure leaching process shall be applied for treatment of the water-quenched slag from the blast furnace.关键词
