热轧高钒高速钢轧辊氧化行为研究
Research on oxidation behavior of a high-V high speed steel hot rolls

Abstract
Oxidation behaviors of a high-V high speed steel hot roll manufactured by centrifugal casting in air and vapor environment are investigated by utilizing a oxidation weight increasing method,and then the structure of the oxidation films are studied by means of the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).Result shows that the oxidation rate is very slow when the isothermal temperature is below 600℃,while the oxidation film quickly grows as the isothermal temperature is at 650℃.The matrix of tempering martensite first oxidizes, and the different oxidation behaviors occur in different type carbides. The oxidation is accelerated in vapor environment.The temperature and environment have affect on oxidation film structure,and the temperature and vapor environment promote change form γ-Fe3 O2 to α-Fe3 O2 .关键词
