Theoretical model of asymmetrical sheet rolling force

Abstract
Up to now,the calculation precision of the asymmetrical sheet rolling analytical model is low,therefore it is not easy to study on the asymmetrical sheet rolling parameters. The nonuniform shear stresses acting along the vertical sides of each slab are introduced to the equilibrium equations using a slab method. An analytical model of the rolling force and the rolling torque is established by adopting shear stress into the yield equations and compensation factors into the equilibrium differential equation.The results indicate that nonuniform shear stress is the major factor influencing the calculation precision of the asymmetrical sheet rolling analytical model based on the slab method. The analytical results of this model are in agreement with experimental results. This method can be used to improve the calculation precision and has a highly computational efficiency, which makes it suitable for programming calculation and control,more convenient to represent the distribution law of the rolling force and rolling torque,and more precisely,to establish a curvature model of asymmetrical sheet rolling.关键词
