双质体振动筛自同步理论研究
Research on theory of dynamic coupling for self-synchronization of dual-mass vibrating screen

Abstract
The dimensionless coupling equations of two unbalanced rotors ( DCEOTUR ) in a self-synchronization vibrating screen are derived by utilizing the virtue of the averaging method of modified small parameters.The synchronization and stability criteria are deduced by utilizing the existence and stability of the zero solution for the DCEOTUR.The effect of the dynamic parameters on the characteristics of coupling dynamics is discussed by numeric analysis.The results demonstrate that synchronization ability coefficient reduces and increases with the mass increasing of the unbalanced rotors. Synchronization ability coefficient and force-transfer coefficient increase with the displacement increasing from centroid of the unbalanced rotor to system centroid. The greater vibration and isolation frequency ratio, the smaller synchronous ability coefficient and the force-transfer coefficient will be. Computer simulations and experiment verify the above results.关键词
