微生物源脂肽的研究进展
Research Advance on Lipopeptides Produced by Microorganism
摘要
Abstract
Lipopeptides could be produced by a variety of microorganism, and has the ability to reduce surface and interface tension, it is widely used as a surfactant. But many other biological activities of lipopeptides, such as anti-bacterium, anti-virus, anti-tumor, thrombolysis and insecticide, etc., still need to be further studied. In order to make lipopeptides play greater application role in more areas and promote the development process of new lipopeptides products, this article reviewed microbial resource, structure type, physicochemical properties, production status, synthesis mechanism and purification process of lipopeptides, summarized its application status in oil exploitation, clinical medicine and biological control field, analyzed some problems about low yield and immature extraction technology which existed in production process, and discussed the prospect of the research on lipopeptides in the future.关键词
