Abstract
This paper focuses on three themes of"clean water, clean air and soil improvement". With the overall requirements of the rural ecological civilization construction project and the actual situation of Beijing, according to the closed chain of monitoring, evaluation, management and reevaluation of agricultural ecological environment, an index system of quantitative quality evaluation was constructed based on the existing research results. This system mainly included 5 categories of routine monitoring and evaluation index, 23 governance and evaluation indexes belonging to 3 categories and 8 types, and the corresponding standard and model. Based on the index system, the method of modeling, remote sensing and geographic information system were used to design and develop the information system with core functions of agricultural ecological environment data monitoring, quality evaluation and management planning, then to realize the quantitative evaluation of agricultural ecological environment in Beijing, and to unify the evaluation standard data source. In particular,the study solved the problem of large scale quantitative association evaluation, and had high intelligent matching ability of evaluation model. This would make an important contribution to the quantitative evaluation of agricultural ecological environment, and provide a quantitative basis for policy formulation on ecological agriculture environmental monitoring, management, planning and so on in Beijing.关键词
